: We're looking for a talented Mid-Senior Creative Designer to join Sparq on a temporary maternity (12 month FTC), with the potential to transition into a permanent role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about bringing ideas to life through design and storytelling.
About the Role
: Develop creative concepts, storylines and visual identities for client events.
Responsibilities
:
* Collaborate with Producers, Project Managers and Client Managers to ensure ideas are aligned with client goals and technical feasibility.
* Use HubSpot to manage briefs, timelines and resource allocation.
* Liaise with freelancers and internal teams to deliver high-quality creative output.
* Collaborate with the Marketing Executive to support campaign development and execution.
* Contribute to tender documents and pitch presentations.
* Provide temporary line management support to the Marketing Executive during the maternity cover period.
* Push creative boundaries by exploring new tools and techniques to enhance client experiences.
Qualifications
:
* 5+ years in creative design, branding, or communications.
* Strong portfolio showcasing 2D, 3D and motion design work.
* Experience in events or experiential marketing is a plus.
* Proficient in HubSpot and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Excellent communication and time management skills.
* Open to growth and long-term opportunities within Sparq.

Pay range and compensation package
: £40,000
