Enso Recruitment is delighted to be working with a data-driven SaaS organisation who are now looking to hire a Senior Product Manager with experience in Life Sciences and Data Science. This is a highly analytical, insight-led product role suited to someone who enjoys working hands-on with data, shaping product direction through evidence, and acting as the bridge between data science, product, commercial teams, and customers. The Role Youll play a key role in ensuring data is not only robust and scalable, but also meaningful, credible, and actionable across the organisation. Key responsibilities include: Analysing complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and customer value Translating raw data into clear insights that inform product strategy and commercial decisions Producing high-quality written reports and presentations for senior stakeholders Developing deep expertise in life sciences data and acting as a subject-matter expert Partnering with Product and Engineering teams to inform roadmap priorities and validate new features Defining data requirements, success metrics, and insight outputs for customer-facing products Applying data science techniques (including statistical methods and ML) to improve data quality and insight generation Supporting Sales and Customer Success teams with insights that demonstrate real customer value Helping build a strong data-driven culture across the organisation About You Strong experience in a senior Product, Data, or Analytics role Deep understanding of life sciences, scientific, or highly regulated data domains Proven ability to analyse complex datasets and turn them into actionable insights Experience using SQL and relational databases Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis or modelling Solid grounding in statistics, data analysis, and machine learning concepts Experience building or working with ML models in a practical setting Strong skills in data visualisation and communicating insights clearly Confident working cross-functionally with product, engineering, commercial teams, and leadership Excellent written and verbal communication skills Benefits Fully remote working Personal development budget Private healthcare Pension scheme Generous holiday allowance plus public holidays Regular team meet-ups and virtual social events To find out more about this opportunity, hit Apply or reach out to a member of the Enso Recruitment team today!
