Responsibilities
Strategic Support: Contribute to the delivery of the MCA’s Seafarers and Fishers Training Strategy, including areas such as MASS, alternative fuels, digital solutions, and modern assessment methods. Ensure policy development aligns with wider government strategies on skills, employment and decarbonisation.
