The Role
Are you a tech-savvy sales professional who uses digital tools to uncover opportunities and build a strong pipeline? We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to support the automotive sector through sales prospecting. You’ll use platforms like LinkedIn, CRMs, and data-led insights to generate leads, build relationships, and book appointments across multiple channels including phone, email, and LinkedIn. You’ll help drive innovation by blending people, data, and technology to create smarter sales strategies.
What we’re looking for
* An ambitious individual with a hunter mentality and a track record in B2B business development (automotive, leasing or fleet knowledge is a bonus)
* Resilient, adaptable, and able to turn challenges into opportunities
* Confident using digital sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, other lead generation tech) and CRM-driven workflows; Salesforce knowledge is an advantage
* Autonomous, highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of owning targets
* Commercially sharp with a consultative approach and strong relationship-building skills
* Continuous improvement mindset – always seeking smarter ways to prospect, engage, and convert
