Front Of House Administrator
Birmingham
Role Purpose
To ensure clients (internal and external) experience the highest possible standard of customer care, and to contribute to the smooth running of the front of house service by providing flexible support to the Reception Team.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome visitors in person or on the phone; follow security procedures ensuring all visitors are logged in and out.
* Operate switchboard and promptly pass on accurate messages; resolve telephone and visitor queries either by providing the answer or directing to someone who can.
* Prepare meeting rooms; set up, replenish refreshments, and check rooms are clean and tidy throughout the day. Weekly updates of upcoming meetings with Team Leader.
* Provide ad-hoc administrative support to other teams as needed.
* Ensure a welcoming atmosphere; handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
* Work closely with other staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
* Book hotel, train, flight travel for staff as and when required.

* Act on initiative and make things happen to ensure smooth operations.
* Flexible, punctual, and able to maintain the highest levels of professionalism.
Education
* Previous experience in a Front of House Administration role is desirable.
