Your Role Will Include:
* Supporting the class teacher with daily classroom activities and lesson delivery
* Working closely with pupils with ALN (Additional Learning Needs) on a 1:1 or small group basis
* Helping deliver focused intervention sessions to support academic progress
* Promoting a positive, safe, and engaging learning atmosphere
* Assisting with classroom organisation and resource preparation
We’re Looking For:
* Energetic, caring and committed individuals
* A strong interest in children’s learning and development
* Previous experience in education or with ALN is an advantage but not essential
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
* A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
