We're big on working flexibly - you'll spend most of your time working from home, with occasional visits to the office. But of course, it’s your choice - if you prefer to be in the office more - that's good with us too. Ideally, you’ll be located close to Haywards Heath, West Sussex or Salford Quays, Manchester! Must-have skills to be successful in this role: Data Protection & Compliance Knowledge – Strong understanding of GDPR, PECR, and Data Protection laws, with the ability to provide practical, risk-based advice. Analytical & Risk Assessment Skills – Ability to assess risks, conduct DPIAs, review supplier audits, and ensure compliance while balancing business needs. Communication & Stakeholder Management – Translating complex privacy concepts into clear, actionable guidance for different teams across the business. Organisation & Attention to Detail – Managing multiple privacy-related tasks, keeping policies, registers, and frameworks up to date, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
