The job role is primarily hands-on completing both planned maintenance and reactive tasks, this role requires the organization and supervisory management of subcontractors PPM works and reactive tasks, as well as updating information on company and Client CAFM systems on task status using computer or handheld device.A strong sense of ownership will be displayed making sure the building and its grounds are always in excellent condition.
