Job Title: Steel Fabricator Location: Tamworth (Workshop-Based) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Pay: £16 per hour Hours: Monday–Thursday 08:00–16:00 | Friday 07:00–15:00 Workforce Manufacturing are working with a leading UK steel fabrication workshop who are looking to strengthen their skilled in-house team with experienced Steel Fabricators. This is a genuine long-term opportunity to join a well-established and growing fabrication business, working in a modern, fully equipped workshop environment with overhead cranes and a fully LEV-compliant setup. You’ll be working on high-quality structural steel projects, including work up to EXC 3 UKCA standards, so attention to detail and pride in your work is key. This is not a short-term contract — it’s a stable, secure position with a business that invests in its people.
