About the Team Our IT team is part of ASPECT’s global Hub Group, working alongside Finance, Marketing, Commercial and PC teams to keep our studios connected, secure and future‑ready. The current team is based across Sydney and Melbourne and supports all ASPECT studios worldwide. We partner with local leaders to deliver the systems, platforms, and digital tools that help our teams do their best work. We’re seeking our first London IT team member to base in the vibrant and historic Southwark, you’ll be emersed in our growing London design team, a sociable and inclusive bunch. As part of our tight‑knit IT team, you’ll make an impact from day one. With at least three years’ experience, you’ll provide hands‑on helpdesk and application support, contribute to project work, and gain exposure across cloud services, infrastructure, SaaS applications and device management. The Role Act as a first‑ and second‑line point of contact for end‑user issues across Windows, M365, networks and devices. Support business applications, including user provisioning, triage and troubleshooting. Contribute to IT projects such as deployments, rollouts, migrations and integrations. Improve IT operations through better documentation, automation, asset management and security hygiene. Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including accounts and hardware. What you’ll bring Experience in helpdesk/service desk support and application support. Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service mindset. Ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, Windows 10/11 Degree in Computer Science (or related discipline) or equivalent experience. Bonus points: experience with design software (e.g., Adobe CC, CAD/BIM), scripting (PowerShell), or MDM (Intune).
