Main duties of the job

This position is offered on a part time and permanent basis. You will work 18 hours per week, comprising 2 shifts, which will vary between 7.00am-4.00pm and 7.00am-9.00pm. Saturday working will be required to meet the needs of the service and shifts will be 7.00am-4.00pm or 8.00am-5.00pm.You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, contributing to clinical care, harm reduction and recovery-focused support for people with complex needs, promoting person-centred, trauma-informed care at all times.Key responsibilities of this role will include:Supporting the delivery of safe, effective clinical interventionsCarrying out health assessments, observations and basic clinical proceduresSupporting harm reduction initiatives, including BBV screening and health promotionMaintaining accurate clinical records in line with professional and organisational standardsWorking collaboratively a multi-disciplinary team, including nurses, recovery workers and external health professionalsContributing to safeguarding, risk management and service quality improvement
