Salary - £20,280.00 (£10.40/hour)

In our customer service team we help people get to grips with everything from their bill and their contract, to a particular feature on their new smartphone. Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional and personal service to customers on every interaction.
* Help customers with questions about bills, contracts, and smartphone features.
* Assist customers to understand and use EE products and services.
