Salary: £95-£110 per day depending on experience

At Aspire People, we are seeking a reliable, confident, and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join a vibrant and supportive secondary school in Northampton from September 2025.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of education for students during teacher absences. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone considering a future in teaching or looking to work in a dynamic educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects to students in Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's policies.
* Ensure students remain on task and engaged in their learning.
* Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour.
* Support students in their learning and promote a positive classroom environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have experience working with young people (e.g., in a school, youth work or similar setting).
* Possess strong communication and classroom management skills.
* Be flexible, resilient, and proactive.
* Be able to build positive relationships with both students and staff.
* Have a genuine interest in education and student development.
