The opportunity
We’re looking for an ambitious Junior Account Manager to grow net-new revenue within an existing, high-potential customer portfolio. You’ll build strong relationships across SMB and enterprise accounts, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate closely with Renewals, Customer Success, Product and Marketing to drive measurable growth.
What you’ll do
* Manage and expand a mixed portfolio of SMB and enterprise customers
* Proactively identify, negotiate and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
* Maintain long-term engagement to ensure satisfaction and retention
* Prospect, qualify and develop sales-ready opportunities (email, phone, LinkedIn)
* Deliver to (and exceed) monthly expansion targets and accuracy in pipeline/forecast
* Keep CRM records pristine; share best practice and support team initiatives
