The Role
You will carry a varied, high quality caseload working across significant disputes and helping clients manage risk on complex projects. Work typically includes adjudication, mediation and litigation, dispute avoidance and risk management, professional negligence claims and high value Building Safety Act disputes.
The contentious group has a formidable national reputation, advising public and private sector developers, contractors, consultants and housing providers across all major contract forms including JCT, NEC, ICE, FIDIC, PPC and GC Works, as well as PFI and bespoke agreements.
You will also collaborate closely with London colleagues on both domestic and international instructions, with real responsibility and first class exposure from day one.
