Senior Mechanical Design Engineer - Building Services
Location: London (Office-based, 5 days/week)
Contract: 6-month rolling
Rate: DOE - Outside IR35
g2 Recruitment is working with a leading building service consultancy in London seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to support ongoing commercial and residential building services projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead mechanical design on a range of residential and commercial schemes
* Produce and review technical drawings, calculations, and specifications
* Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
Requirements:
* Strong experience in mechanical building services design
* Commercial and/or residential project background
* Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, IES, Hevacomp (or similar)
* Solid understanding of UK building regulations and standards
