Job overview:
You'll be responsible for managing, executing, measuring and optimising growth marketing campaigns to meet agreed targets. Reporting to SME Growth Lead, your role contributes towards AXA Health's strategy and profitable growth plans.
Key responsibilities:
Contribute to optimising small to medium enterprise (SME) growth marketing plans.
Take ownership of your own marketing campaigns and achieve agreed targets.
Evidence a test and learn approach to continuous improvement.
Provide campaign performance information against a range of metrics including click-through rate (CTR), lead, cost per lead, enrolment, cost per enrolment and gross written premium (GWP) targets.
Develop relationships with AXA Health colleagues to promote responsive growth marketing campaigns.
Liaise with external partners and build high value relationships. This includes Introducer Appointed Representatives (IAR) and Directly Authorised (DA).
Own April and October annual product review updates. Work with colleagues to assess changes required and implement updates across relevant channels.
Work arrangements:
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending our Tunbridge Wells office, visiting clients or attending industry events. Your skills & experience:
Experience in a similar role withing a regulated environment, such as financial services or insurance, is essential.
Digital marketing knowledge and experience in new business generation is required.
Demonstratable experience of managing multiple projects is needed.
Organisation and prioritisation skills.
Focus on results with numeracy and analytical skills.
Proven business judgement - problem solver with a pragmatic approach.
Ability to drive positive change.
Professional qualification in marketing such as IDM or CIM (or digital equivalent) is preferred.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
