* Annual Salary: £55,000 (on-target earnings)
* Basic Salary: £22,000 to £27,500 (dependent on experience)

Day-to-Day of the Role
* Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team to drive performance and achieve KPIs.
* Coach and monitor team members, including conducting one-to-one meetings to assess performance.
* Focus on generating new and repeat business through proactive relationship management with vendors and buyers.
* Arrange property viewings and negotiate offers to agree on sales, ensuring alignment with client needs.
* Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards to ensure the business remains risk-averse.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator, Property Valuer position, or higher.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build trust with customers, suppliers, and team members.
* Strong business acumen with the ability to create and implement effective business plans.
* Knowledge of current legislation related to Estate Agency.
* Excellent time management skills to handle high volume and time-sensitive workloads.
* Renowned for delivering outstanding customer service.
* Proficient in basic Microsoft packages with strong IT skills.
* Good telephone manner and attention to detail.
