Overview
We are responsible for planning and coordinating the working day of Trade Operatives to ensure all responsive, planned, and cyclical works are appointed to the satisfaction of the customer. We use our scheduling system Total Mobile Optimise to fill diaries to maximum capacity with minimal travel.
Your new role
Customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we’re excited to welcome a new Scheduling Operations Planner to join our team part‑time two days per week, Monday and Tuesday 8.30 am – 5 pm.
Responsibilities
* Plan and coordinate the working day of trade operatives, ensuring colleagues receive all information needed to carry out their works.
* Optimise diaries to maximum capacity with minimal travel, increasing productivity, reducing cost, and maintaining outstanding customer service.
* Prioritise health and safety and vulnerability considerations.
* Work collaboratively with all stakeholders, including customers, on a daily basis to deliver a seamless service.
