Salary of £27,650-£28,300
Working 40 hours per week, between 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, including some weekends, with paid breaks.

We are looking for an organized and friendly individual to join our team to provide a warm welcome to all visitors. Your interpersonal skills will be used regularly, assisting your team, residents, and relatives.
About The Job
The Senior Administrator manages the administration team and functions of the care home daily. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer care, greeting visitors, conducting viewings, handling enquiries, managing financial and recruitment administration, maintaining contact with other departments, and supporting the Home Manager.
About You
You should have previous supervisory experience, a proven track record in administration or reception, and excellent customer service skills. Confidence in literacy and numeracy, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment are essential. Flexibility, organization, and approachability are also required.
Additional Requirements
Business insurance is essential due to travel during work hours.
