The role involves managing and coordinating housing and estate services within a specific area, ensuring high-quality service delivery that meets the diverse needs of our customers. Day to Day of the role: Manage and coordinate housing and estate services within a defined geographical area. Be accountable and customer-facing, representing our values across all tenures. Coordinate internal and external services to meet the diverse needs of our customers. Deliver services that meet individual and local needs to a high standard. Participate in local initiatives to support community projects, which may occasionally involve weekend work. Seek continuous improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction. Manage relationships with the Local Authority and other Housing Association partners.
