We are seeking a talented Early Careers Specialist to join our DeepTech team in Bristol on a 12-month FTC. Our Talent Partners work with leading companies like Snyk, ASOS, and Portswigger, designing recruitment processes for rapid growth and niche roles, focusing on outcomes rather than KPIs or targets. We leverage data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
We value our people highly and aim to hire and retain the best talent professionals globally. We seek someone innovative, with ideas that look 2-5 years into the future.
Responsibilities include:
* Visiting clients twice a week to build relationships.

* Maintaining accurate data to influence stakeholders.
* Providing weekly and monthly reports.
* Participating in team meetings to discuss challenges and successes.
* Designing solutions and bringing new ideas to overcome challenges.
* Sharing knowledge through training and onboarding.
* Staying informed on market trends and conditions.
Skills required:
* Extensive recruitment experience in Early Careers.
* Strong headhunting and delivery skills.
* Experience in in-house, RPO, or agency recruitment.
* Problem-solving and solutions-focused mindset.
* Adaptability and strategic thinking.
* Positive energy and outlook.
* Ambition and big-picture thinking.
Benefits:
* 32 days holiday plus bank holidays.
* Remote-first and flexible working.
* Enhanced parental leave.
* Enhanced sick leave.
Our Company Values
* Challenge: We thrive when kept just beyond our comfort zone.
* Collaborate: The power of many exceeds that of one.
* Innovate: Always look 2-5 years ahead.
