Project: A new build plot of houses which will include demolition, groundworks, piling and a new build
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage project from inception to completion.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Oversee site operations, subcontractors, and supply chain management.
* Maintain programme schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
* Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality delivery.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in Main Contracting project management.
* CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme).
* SMSTS qualification (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).
* Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and cost control.
* Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management would be advantageous
* Proven experience in managing a team of Site Managers, Design Teams and Operatives
