Working in a fast paced team environment you will be committed to improving the care of vulnerable adults and to live as independently as possible. Key Details: You will need to be able to work well in a team setting and have excellent interpersonal and written skills. The successful applicant will have a background of working in a similar setting. Do you have experience in: Safeguarding Mental capacity assessments Care Act assessments Reviews and support planning Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with legal, organisational and multi-agency requirements and working independently carry a caseload. Undertake a range of community care and safeguarding assessments of complex or unusual cases including appropriate management of risk. Ensure the safeguarding and duty of care of adults and children, families and carers in ways that balance promotion of well-being, independence choice and control with the need to protect people from abuse and neglect.
