WHO YOU ARE: Essential- Strong experience owning and optimising high traffic ecommerce journeys such as PDP or PLP.- Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in conversion, add to bag rate, AOV or revenue.- Deep understanding of ecommerce customer behaviour and friction points on product detail pages.- Experience in working through technical migration, or similar complex technical problem, and understanding how to maintain a product-led approach to delivery- Experience running structured experimentation programmes to improve conversion.- Ability to translate data into clear hypotheses and prioritised roadmaps.- Experience working in a cross functional squad with design and engineering, shipping at pace.- Strong commercial instinct with the ability to balance brand, performance and delivery constraints. Desirable- Experience improving size and fit confidence, reviews, or content strategies that reduce returns.- Experience embedding personalisation or recommendations within PDP.- Exposure to PLP optimisation and listing page ranking logic.- Experience in fashion, apparel or visually led retail brands.- Familiarity with modern frontend architectures and performance optimisation.
