* Ensuring all poolside activities and scheduled swimming lessons are promoted effectively and delivered to the highest standard, creating an exceptional experience for our members.
* Responsible for developing creative and innovative classes following the Swim England (ASA) national plan for Teaching Swimming.
* Providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all of our members within the pool & surrounding areas.
* Delivering excellent customer service by providing personal attention and care to all members.
* Accurately completing records for attendance and fitness improvements, ensuring individual, team, and department targets are met.
* Working closely with swim management to meet and exceed set targets and objectives, helping achieve commercial success within the department and wider club team.
What we can’t live without…
To be successful, you’ll need to be flexible, friendly, and approachable. You should be ready for an exciting challenge and capable of connecting with members from all walks of life.
* Swim England/ASA Level 2 in Teaching Swimming or STA Level 2 Certificate in Swimming Teaching.
* Exceptional communication skills and experience in a customer-facing environment, able to respond professionally and appropriately to everyone you interact with, whether face-to-face, over the phone, or via email.
This role is part-time. Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the business; lessons typically take place after school, in the mornings for pre-school, as well as on weekends and for sporadic 1-2-1 lessons.
