We're looking for a proactive and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team and provide essential administrative and logistical support for the delivery of the Ministry of Defence (MOD) contract.What You'll Be DoingAs Logistics Coordinator, you'll operate at the intersection of strategic planning and frontline delivery. Reporting to the Regional Support Manager, you'll work closely with operational teams, senior stakeholders, and subject matter experts to ensure that all logistical processes run smoothly and meet MOD standards.Your responsibilities will include:Inventory Management: Use the MJDI system to manage ordering, receipt, and stock control of Fuels, Lubricants, and Industrial Gases (FLIG)Fuel Operations: Oversee Mechanical Transport Fuel Installation (MTFI) operations and monitor the Eric systemAssurance Checks: Conduct FLIG assurance activities including tank dip testing and reconciliationEquipment Oversight: Manage Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) in accordance with MOD policiesFleet Coordination: Oversee the regional fleet management contract and support vehicle maintenance schedulingCompliance Reporting: Provide logistical assurance and ensure adherence to MOD standardsStakeholder Liaison: Act as a bridge between Head Office, regional teams, and area offices to support contract deliveryWho We're Looking ForWe're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment and can confidently engage with senior personnel while supporting frontline colleagues.
