There is a history of challenges and risks associated with these conditions.To make the most of trips out and about, we need people who are local to St Austell and know the area, and can drive a car, holding a full UK Driving Licence.Enriching activities will be an important factor in your support, and you will bring a wonderfully empathetic approach to truly make a difference to this person's life. You will also need to bring previous experience with you in the following:AutismMental healthAnorexiaBehaviours that can be perceived as challengingWhat you'll be doingAs a Support Worker, you'll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences.
