This role is within our supported living service for adults with learning disabilities and involves providing consistent, positive support to help each person achieve independence and outcome-focused goals within their own person‑centred plan.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure all service users receive high‑quality, individualised, person‑centred support.
* Provide mentorship, support, and guidance to the team while developing warm and trusting relationships with service users.
* Encourage service users to express their needs, views, and concerns.
* Support the management of service delivery to effectively meet the service users’ needs.
* Demonstrate flexibility, including working evenings and weekends when required.
