Job Description
3. Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring all queries and requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
5. Prepare and analyse account reports to identify opportunities for improvement or growth.
6. Resolve client issues and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
7. Support business development efforts by identifying potential leads and opportunities within the Energy & Natural Resources sector.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account activities.
9. Assist with the preparation of proposals, presentations, and contracts for new and existing clients.
10. Provide post-sale support and manage ongoing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Commercial Account Executive should have:
