We are looking for a Receptionist with strong sales experience to join our growing team in Glasgow. This is not a traditional reception role – it's at the intersection of customer care and sales, making it a fun, dynamic, and rewarding opportunity for the right candidate.
Your role
As the face of our clinic, you will:
* Be the first point of contact for patients, greeting them warmly and ensuring they feel welcome and cared for.
* Proactively engage with patients, explaining treatment options and guiding them through the consultation process.
* Drive sales by effectively presenting our dental implant and cosmetic solutions, ensuring patients understand the value of our treatments.
* Support with administrative duties including scheduling, patient follow-up, and maintaining accurate records.
* Collaborate with our clinical and headquarters team to provide a seamless, best-in-class customer experience.
* Uphold high standards of professionalism and contribute to a clean, organised, and efficient reception area.
What we are looking for

* Have proven experience in sales (essential), ideally within a healthcare, dental, beauty, or premium service environment.
* Are confident, outgoing, and able to build trust and rapport quickly.
* Have excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly explain services to patients.
* Are organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a busy environment.
* Have a compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine interest in helping people improve their health and confidence.
* Previous experience in a dental or medical reception role is a plus, but not essential – sales expertise and customer care skills are key.
