Own multi-channel campaigns that genuinely make a difference. Driving growth, improving lives and shaping marketing in a purpose-led organisation.
Who?
This growing, values-led organisation operates across a network of local services supporting children and young people. Their marketing function sits at the centre of it all, balancing performance with responsibility, and ensuring every campaign is engaging, ethical and aligned to real operational needs. It’s a fast-moving environment where insight, creativity and careful judgement all carry equal weight.
As a successful Growth Marketing Manager, you’re a hands-on marketer who knows how to get campaigns live and make them perform. You’ve managed paid media, worked with agencies and kept a close eye on metrics like CPL, conversion rates and drop-off points. You’re comfortable juggling national and local activity, confident using data to guide decisions, and you bring a practical, test-and-learn mindset to improving results over time. Experience in a service-led organisation would be a strong fit, and if you’ve worked with lead scoring models or improving lead quality, even better.
Why?
You’ll take real ownership here; planning, launching and optimising campaigns across digital and offline channels, while working closely with agencies, content teams and operational stakeholders. It’s a role that goes beyond execution; you’ll influence how campaigns are shaped, ensuring they’re not just creative, but realistic, well-timed and aligned to capacity on the ground.
The culture is collaborative and joined-up, with strong relationships across teams and a shared focus on quality. You’ll be trusted to manage budgets, challenge performance, and keep raising the bar while building campaigns that deliver measurable impact in a space where the work genuinely matters. You'll also be joining at an exciting time of growth by acquisition, with a massive re-brand due to go live very soon.
Salary for this role sits between £50,000 – £55,000, alongside a strong overall package.
