Job Description:
Please note: As this post is part-time, the salary will be pro-rata.
Contribute to strategic and operational planning, particularly regarding clinically and cost-effective prescribing, across the Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) and NHS Lothian to ensure high-quality pharmaceutical care for patients.
Lead, plan, organize, and deliver a specialist clinical pharmacy service within the agreed standards of pharmaceutical care for the identified patient population, safely, effectively, and within the defined responsibilities, resources, and activity limits.
Develop the specialist clinical pharmacy team and service across the area in line with established guidelines and standards.
