You'll be involved in projects from concept to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, and the wider internal team across a variety of technically engaging work.This is an opportunity suited to candidates at a range of career stages, what matters most is a commitment to quality and a values-led approach to the work.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed technical drawings and specificationsSupport planning and Building Regulations submissionsCoordinate with consultants and contractorsEnsure compliance with current legislation and CIAT standardsContribute to design development and turnkey project coordinationSkills & ExperienceEssential:Proficiency in AutoCAD and RevitStrong understanding of UK Building RegulationsExcellent communication and organisational skillsDesirable:Experience in commercial or industrial sectorsKnowledge of sustainable design principlesFamiliarity with project coordination toolsCIAT membership, or ambition to work towards accreditationWhat's on OfferOur client believes great work deserves recognition and great teams deserve real connection.
