Sales Account Manager (96493) Southend-On-Sea, England
Salary: GBP30000 - GBP35000 per annum + Negotiable
A client of ours in the Southend area are recruiting a Sales Account Manager to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday – Friday, 8.15am - 4.45pm and paying a negotiable salary depending on experience.
Your key duties in this Sales Account Manager role will include but are not limited to:
* Identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
* Managing and developing existing customer accounts to maximise retention and margin
* Building strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
* Preparing and managing quotations, tenders, and securing orders
* Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and sharing commercial insights
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:
* Previous experience in a sales/account management role (ideally telecoms/datacomms or similar)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Good organisational and time management abilities
* Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
* Technical interest (fibre optic knowledge advantageous but not essential)
