The Opportunity
We are currently working with a well-established client in the commercial fit-out sector who is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects nationwide, and ensure delivery to the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Managing and overseeing multiple commercial fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion
*
Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure programmes and budgets are met
*
Monitoring project performance, costs, and compliance with contractual requirements
*
Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
*
Ensuring health, safety, and quality standards are upheld across all sites
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager (or Senior Project Manager ready to step up) within commercial fit-out or interiors
*
Strong knowledge of construction contracts and project delivery processes
*
Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
*
Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
*
Relevant construction qualifications preferred
