Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organised Event Coordinator to oversee the execution of a variety of events. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of on the day event management, ensuring seamless delivery, and providing exceptional guest services. Responsibilities
* Coordinate events to completion, ensuring all client requirements are met.
* Handle on-the-day event management, troubleshooting any issues that arise promptly.
* Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored event solutions.
* Manage event timelines, and logistics efficiently.
* Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Oversee guest services during events to ensure a high standard of hospitality is maintained.
* Maintain detailed records of event activities and post-event evaluations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in event planning, hospitality, restaurant, or hotel sectors is highly desirable.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple members of staff simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanour.
* Exceptional time management skills to meet tight deadlines and coordinate various tasks efficiently.
