TRUST REGISTRAR IN PAEDIATRIC SURGERY
Applications are invited to apply for the above post in the Department of Paediatric Surgery and Urology at the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Children’s Hospital Oxford. This is a substantive, full-time post. The post holder will be integral to the delivery of regional tertiary paediatric surgery and urology services. There is a commitment to the general pediatric surgical registrar acute out-of-hours rota.

a)Clinical:
Principle responsibilities of the post holder are to work with the consultants in the day-to-day management of inpatients, outpatients, to assist, advise and supervise junior doctors and to perform administrative duties discharge summaries, clinic letter, arranging admissions and surgical procedures. The post holder is expected to take part in clinical audit. Research opportunities exist in the department, and successful candidate will be given the opportunity to participate in this
