Methods and Tooling Engineer - Full Time
Locations: Derby or Bristol / Hybrid
Rolls-Royce is seeking to fill several Engineering for Services career opportunities within our Civil and Defence divisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety, performance, and reliability. We have several exciting opportunities in Design Safety, Repair Engineering, Overhaul, Methods, and Maintenance development.

Role Responsibilities
* Utilize advanced analytical techniques to assess and improve product designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Conduct thorough investigations to identify root causes of engineering problems and implement effective solutions.
* Communicate complex technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
* Prepare detailed reports and presentations to support decision-making.
* Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals and timelines.
* Implement best practices in design safety, conducting risk assessments and safety analyses to meet regulatory and internal standards.
* Develop and refine engineering methods to enhance product quality and efficiency.
* Leverage innovative approaches and technologies to streamline workflows.
* Understand processes related to aerospace products, including design, manufacturing, assembly, and testing.
Candidate Profile
* Degree in a STEM subject with relevant engineering experience (Mechanical, Aeronautical, Electrical, Controls).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience working collaboratively in a team environment.
* Must hold or be able to obtain UK Security Check (SC) clearance without caveats. Rolls-Royce supports the clearance application process.
Due to the nature of our work and asset protection, candidates must hold a UK passport.
