About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and inspiring qualified teacher (primary or secondary) to join the PRU at Bridge Achievement Centre. The ideal candidate will be resilient, creative, adaptable, and committed to high-quality teaching and achievement. The role involves teaching a range of subjects based on the Centre’s needs and supporting school improvement initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
* Qualified and experienced with QTS status
* Excellent knowledge of and experience with teaching up to GCSE level
* Up-to-date inclusive practices knowledge
* Ability to build positive relationships with young people
* Enthusiasm for innovative teaching approaches
* Passion for raising standards and supporting all children to reach their potential
* Ambitious, committed to personal and curriculum development
* Team player willing to collaborate with colleagues
* Skills and experience in at least one other area of school life (preferred)

About the School
The Bridge Achievement Centre is a pupil referral unit offering a small, inclusive environment where each student is supported to reach their full potential. Serving approximately 100 students, the Centre fosters a nurturing community. It was inspected by Estyn in March 2022 and is no longer under special measures, with positive feedback on staff-pupil relationships.
