The Role You’ll be at the forefront of the business — the first point of contact for clients and engineers — managing calls, emails, and visitors with professionalism and warmth. You’ll also support a busy helpdesk, update job records, assist with scheduling, and help with general admin tasks. Some days will be fast-paced, others quieter — giving you space to take on ad-hoc projects and support across the business.
