We're looking for a manager with the experience of maintaining and developing the standards and reputation, whilst nurturing a growing membership base and team.
Responsibilities:
1. Help lead and manage the day-to-day running of the gym.
2. Assume the responsibilities of the General Manager in their absence.
3. Help lead and deliver the commercial performance of the business.
4. Help lead and deliver the operational excellence of the club.
5. Deliver the set KPIs.
6. Help recruit, train, and develop a team, leading them to success.
Requirements:
* Must have management experience within a leisure-related industry.
* Must be passionate about customer service and be an inspirational leader.
* Must be qualified to at least Level 2 Gym Instructor.
* Experience in driving sales, coordinating local marketing, and managing a successful team.
* Ideally, experience as an Assistant Manager overseeing all business areas within a leisure facility or substantial experience as a Fitness Manager or similar role.
