We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. Duties
* Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.
* Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their achievements.
* Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication.
* Support children's emotional and social development through positive reinforcement.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the nursery space.
* Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.
Experience
* Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or educational setting is preferred.
* A relevant qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare is desirable but not essential.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
* A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
* Knowledge of child development theories and practices is an advantage.
