Requirements:
* 3 + years Clinical Negligence experience in private practice
* Working knowledge of Clinical Negligence work and have the ability to service privately funded cases
* Handle a caseload of clinical negligence work in line with department strategy with a minimal amount of supervision (although of course full support will be provided)
* Instructing and communicating with Counsel
* Draft witness statements and pleadings
* Have extensive experience in dealing with Clinical Negligence related work
* Excellent IT Skills -familiar with Microsoft Office applications and document management skills
