About the Role
We are collaborating with a welcoming primary school in Leeds seeking a thoughtful, kind, and outgoing 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join their special educational needs department on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
1. Supporting a Year 1 child with autism
2. Planning and delivering engaging learning activities
3. Providing consistent academic, social, and emotional support
4. Working Monday to Friday throughout the academic year
5. Compensation: Up to £500 PAYE per week during term time
6. Working hours: approximately 8.30am – 3.30pm
Candidate Requirements
* Strong background in primary teaching support
* Previous experience working with children with SEN
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Patience, supportiveness, and determination
* Passion for child development
