We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our team, at this exciting time where we integrate Sliver's Sandwiches into our store.
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch/Store Manager to oversee our operations at our GET BAKED Headingley branch. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our store, including back and front of house management, team management, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Duties:
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage and supervise all in-store staff, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
- Monitor food and drink production processes to maintain quality and consistency
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other teams, such as our production bakery and senior management team, to achieve business objectives
- Completion of rotas on a monthly basis, paying close consideration to the impact of labour costs on our margins
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff members and provide constructive feedback
- Create and maintain budgets, monitor expenses, and identify areas for cost reduction
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
Skills:
- Extensive experience in the hospitality industry in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and food safety regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proven track record in managing a successful restaurant, takeaway or bakery
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to make quick decisions under pressure
- Outstanding organisational skills with attention to detail
- Enjoy the day to day work, including some BOH work, serving customers, as well as the daily management tasks
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
