Job Title: Commercial Manager - Power Projects
Sector: Energy / Power Infrastructure
Contract: Temp (Temp‑to‑Perm)
An experienced Commercial Manager is required to support a portfolio of power and energy infrastructure projects across South Wales with a major UK energy delivery organisation. This role will manage all commercial and contractual aspects of large‑scale power projects and is suited to individuals with strong experience in utilities, power, civils, or regulated infrastructure environments.
Location: Caldicot (with regular travel across South Wales sites)
Working Pattern: Hybrid (site, office, and WFH as required)
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
Start: ASAP
Duration: Up to 5 months, with temp‑to‑perm opportunity
Key Responsibilities:
Full commercial management of power projects, cost control and forecasting, NEC contract administration, change and variation management, risk and opportunity management, applications for payment, final accounts, and commercial support to project teams and supply chain.
Requirements:
Proven Commercial Manager experience
Previous experience across power/substation/OHL/windfarm projects desired
Utilities/highways/nuclear etc experience considered
NEC3/NEC4 knowledge,
Strong commercial acumen,
