We are looking for a General Manager, a strong and vibrant leader to guide our onsite teams, ensuring excellence across all departments including Customer Service, Facilities Management, Health & Safety and Leasing. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for managing the residential operating budget and ensuring our team delivers a world-class customer experience across all touchpoints. You will work closely with the Regional Head of Operations to deliver business process improvements and build operational excellence across the site. The role of General Manager requires energy and interpersonal skills to create a thriving community, building relationships and maintaining the asset to the highest quality. You will also oversee the day-to-day management of our commercial tenants, partnering with events, driving engagement, and ensuring we deliver our mission to create sustainable communities with soul. If you’re ready to be our next General Manager and proud Native, you’ll probably: Have experience within BTR, property sector, hospitality or leisure industries at a General Manager level. Have a passion for customer service and ensuring excellence. Understand the challenges and nuances of running a large building and estate. Have strong knowledge of building operations and statutory obligations. Be well-versed in health and safety regulations. Have a collaborative working style and strong leadership qualities that inspire others to follow your vision. Communicate in a bright, clear, and calm manner. Be organised with a methodical approach to tasks. Work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Always handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
