Job Title: Bodyshop Service Advisor
Location: Newton Abbot, TQ12
Salary: Between £27,000-£28,500 (depending on experience) + small bonus opportunities
Role is full time and permanent – Monday to Friday – 40 hours a week
Our client is a well established Accident Repair Business with a number of Bodyshops across the UK.
Due to continued growth our client is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our friendly Bodyshop team in Newton Abbot.
Key Responsibilities:
* External and internal call handling
* Coordinate and manage drivers’ workflow to ensure smooth operations
* Book and arrange vehicle collections and deliveries
* Provide timely updates to customers, insurance companies, hire companies, and other stakeholders
* Liaise closely with the Workshop Manager and internal departments to align work schedules with customer expectations
* Utilise the bodyshop management systems to book and track repair progress
* Oversee the upkeep, service, and MOT scheduling of courtesy vehicles
* Organise customer appointments, including estimates and image submissions
* Process payments for repair costs and insurance excess using various payment methods

Ideal candidates will have a service advisor background within the Automotive sector and have a full and valid driving licence.
