As we prepare for the 2026 season and the historic Cowes 200 celebrations, the Royal Yacht Squadron is recruiting Casual Seasonal Servers and Bartenders to join our House Team. This is an opportunity to work within one of the world’s most respected private members’ clubs during a landmark year in Cowes. Team members are expected to operate in full compliance with the Club’s licensing conditions, age‑verification procedures, and responsible alcohol service standards.
This is a flexible, event‑led environment. Hours will vary in line with regattas, private functions and Club events. Applicants must be adaptable and available when the business requires including weekdays, weekends, extended shifts and late finishes past 11:00pm. If you are dependable, flexible and ready to deliver service at the highest standard during a landmark year, we would be pleased to hear from you.
